Indonesia · Charcoal & Coffee Exporter
We supply container-ready hardwood charcoal and Indonesian green coffee to importers, distributors and roasters — consistent specifications, documented quality, and dependable FOB or CIF delivery.
Who we are
Cahaya RV is an Indonesian trading house focused on two things importers ask for again and again: charcoal that burns clean and even, and green coffee that cups the way the sample promised.
We work directly with carbonisers, mills and smallholder coffee collectors, then handle the unglamorous part — grading, moisture control, packing, documentation and booking — so a container arrives with the specification you signed off on, not a surprise.
Product lines
Six reference products. Every one can be adjusted — sizing, packing, grading and labelling — to match your market.
Hardwood lump and briquettes for wholesale, foodservice and retail packing.
Mixed hardwood lump, screened and graded. The workhorse for barbecue wholesale and restaurant supply.
Uniform pillow shape for a long, steady burn and predictable heat — the retail-friendly format.
Large-cut, low-dust lump sized for high-heat grilling — where clean burn matters more than price per kilo.
Green beans, roasted and ground — sourced from Indonesian growing regions.
Washed and natural lots, graded by screen and defect count. Sample before you commit — always.
Light to dark roast profiles, packed in valve bags. Built for private label and hoReCa supply.
Retail-ready ground coffee with your artwork, your grind setting and your net weight.
Reference specification
Typical values used for quoting. The binding figure is the one written into your sales contract.
From yard to vessel
Nothing leaves without passing each one. This is what you are paying for as much as the commodity.
Direct purchase from carbonisers, mills and collector networks. Origin and volume confirmed before production.
Controlled burn for charcoal; sun and mechanical drying for coffee, taken down to the target moisture.
Screened for size, hand-picked for defects, dust removed. Rejects never make it into the lot.
Moisture, ash, fixed carbon or screen and defect count — results recorded per lot and sent with the docs.
Your bag, your label, your net weight. Palletised and strapped for a sea voyage, not a warehouse shelf.
Container stuffing supervised, photographed, sealed — then COO, phytosanitary and B/L follow.
Inside the operation
Production and handling, photographed as it is — dust, sacks, pallets and all.
Quality & documentation
Customs does not care how good the charcoal is. We prepare the full document set before the container leaves, so clearance does not become your problem.
Shipping
We quote FOB, CFR or CIF against the port you actually use — not a generic rate.
| Commodity | 20 ft | 40 ft |
|---|---|---|
| Charcoal, bagged | ≈ 18–20 MT | ≈ 24 MT |
| Coffee, 60 kg jute | ≈ 19.2 MT (320 bags) | ≈ 24 MT |
| Retail cartons | On request | On request |
Charcoal is volume-limited before weight-limited — packing density is quoted per SKU.
Final port depends on origin and vessel rotation; confirmed at booking.
Before you ask
One 20 ft container per SKU. Mixed containers are possible for coffee — for example two lots in one box — but charcoal is usually shipped on its own because of volume.
Yes. Coffee samples are 300–500 g green, roasted on request. Charcoal samples are 2–5 kg. Courier cost is on the buyer and credited back against the first order.
You set it, we write it into the contract, and the lab report is measured against it. If a lot misses the agreed figure, we tell you before loading rather than after.
Yes — printed bags for charcoal, valve bags and cartons for coffee, with your artwork, barcode and net weight. Artwork approval happens before production.
Typically 10–21 days depending on commodity, packing and vessel schedule. Peak season and custom printing add time; we quote the date in writing.
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation where required, and the lot's lab analysis. Insurance if the term is CIF.
